How we review
From a blank draft to a checked readout, every page walks the same four moves.
1. Clock - start at the source
Each page opens with primary documents: the current FDA label first, then EMA assessments, MedlinePlus, DailyMed and named trials. Second-hand summaries are used only to find the original. On first publication each profile is stamped HX-01, HX-02 or HX-03.
2. Hold - write the ban in ordinary words
Nitrates and riociguat are a contraindication, not a dose tweak. Figures stay qualitative where the evidence is thin. None of these tablets manufactures desire. Marketing gloss is stripped here.
3. Trace - keep the leftover claim in view
Interior sections are reordered on every page so no two profiles carry the same block order. Comparison tables earn a place only when they tip a real decision.
4. Sign - hand it to the clinician
Dr. Sofia Brandt checks every draft, works the safety material line by line, and writes the reader replies in her own voice. Her name and clinician page travel with the finished piece. Outbound links carry nofollow. Spot something stale? Write to [email protected].
