Helion. The PDE5 desk

About

About Helion Rx

A Vienna readout on three erectile-dysfunction tablets. Each page is drawn from the label and the trials, then signed by a working urologist.

Why three drugs, not thirty

Broad directories spread so thin that nothing on them is really argued out. Helion does the opposite. The site is three tablets and five analysis notes, held that narrow so every page can be checked against the current label rather than pressed from a template. Nothing is sold here. No pharmacy is ranked. No manufacturer buys a line of the copy.

What the readouts cover

All three are phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors: tadalafil (Cialis) locked here at 20 mg as needed, sildenafil (Viagra) at 25 mg as a first swallow, and vardenafil (Levitra, plus the melt-on-the-tongue Staxyn) at 5 mg as a usual start. Each profile covers clock, hold, dosing and safety. Analysis notes put the numbers side by side. Every profile ends in a reader thread Sofia Brandt answers herself.

How a page is built

The method is Clock, Hold, Trace, Sign. Timing and the nitrate list come before price. Named trials come before leftover claims. Comparison tables appear only where they change a choice.

Who signs it

A draft goes to Dr. Sofia Brandt. Her name, field and clinician page stay on the finished piece. A named urologist behind the words is worth more than an anonymous reviewed badge.

What we read

Current FDA prescribing information, EMA assessments, MedlinePlus, DailyMed and named trials. Where a live label and a Helion page disagree, the label wins - starting with the rule that these tablets and nitrates never mix.

Helion Rx

Three tablets for one problem, laid side by side without a sales pitch.

Each profile is drawn from the prescribing label and the trials, the comparison tables are only here where they change a decision, and a working urologist answers the questions a patient information leaflet leaves hanging.
